Trays of microgreens growing on shelves at Saint John's Garden

Meet Zane Cook

Founded by Zane Cook, a native Texan who felt the pull toward farming long before he stepped into it, Saint John's Garden began as an answer to the growing need for local food security — and for an agricultural system that honors both God and His creation. We farm with the conviction that good food, grown with care, strengthens both the land and the people God entrusts to it.

Stewardship, not extraction

As stewards, Saint John's embraces a regenerative and integrated approach to farming. We believe food should be delicious and nourishing while also improving the health of our land. Our goal is to offer microgreens and seasonal produce that build the health and resilience of our community.

Grown in small batches

We seed to order rather than to a warehouse. Every tray is cut at peak nutrition and packed the same day it goes out.

Local food security

Food grown 20 miles from your kitchen doesn't depend on a supply chain. Everything we sell is grown here in Weatherford and delivered by us.

Year-round growing

Microgreens don't wait on a season. We harvest every week of the year, so there's no gap between one growing season and the next.
